Tegan is FOUR
Tegan's birthday party theme this year was "Ice Cream". She LOVES LOVES LOVES ice cream!!! She invited a few of her little friends over and we had a great party, filled with games, the bouncy house, food, cupcakes and of course ICE CREAM. She had a great time with her friends, just playing and being kids.
